Refund Policy

The customer has the right to exchange and return within 14 days from the date of purchasing the product and from the date of its receipt if it was done online.



  1. The product must be in its original condition and has not been used, and it has all the labels affixed to it.
  2. Products that cannot be exchanged or returned (underwear, socks, and anything that directly toucches the body .) This is in order to preserve the health of our valued customers and in accordance with the instructions of the Ministries of Health and Commerce. 
  3. The customer bears the shipping costs in the case of replacement and return (in case of an error on our part, the replacement and return process will be carried out without shipping costs).
  4. Refund is for returned products only, and other fees such as shipping fees are not refundable.
  5. Products sold at the time of offers and discounts are not exchanged or returned according to the company's internal policy


Notice :

  • To facilitate the return and exchange process, you can exchange and return products through the nearest branch to you. Products purchased through our website can be exchanged or returned from the nearest branch of the customer, with the invoice and a copy of the delivery notice with all accessories and free gifts, if any.
  • If the customer has paid by credit card, the value will be refunded to his account and a confirmation message will be sent .
  • If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting our customer service department during the advertised working hours or sending a message via our Facebook page within 4 hours of completing the order. The customer has the right to return or exchange the goods that have a manufacturing defect within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the original invoice indicating the purchase is attached to it.
  • The replacement or return process takes place after presenting to the technical committee and confirming the existence of a manufacturing defect in the product. The customer shall bear the shipping costs in the event of his refusal to receive the order.
